In the intensive 2-day seminar Geshe Michael Roach gives convincing, inspiring and sometimes surprising insights into your questions and supports you with his team in envisaging and realizing your individual projects.

This City-Intensive is a 2-day seminar. . In his lectures Geshe Michael Roach presents the Diamond-Cutter tools as well as their background. In small working groups led by DCI trainers the participants apply them to their own topics. This will be accompanied by Yoga and meditation.
This seminar is the second part of this year’s DCI tour. . No previous knowledge is required. However, if you would like to prepare, we recommend reading Geshe Michael Roach’s book “The Diamond Cutter“.
For participants of previous events: this 2 day City Intensive “Leadership Makes Good Sense. Rediscover Ethical Principles as the Engine for Success.“ corresponds to DCI Level 8.

For the first time ever we offer the Diamond package this year. It includes special modules that are taken care of by Geshe Michael Roach and his senior staff. Participants are limited to 12. It is particularly aimed at people who want to work on topics such as leadership, private and professional development under the personal guidance of Geshe Michael.

The founder of the Diamond cutter Institute and of Diamond Mountain University is an internationally successful author, key-note speaker and director of DCI teacher Training. He also was one of the founders of Andin International Cooperation developing from a start-up to a 250 million USD company and sold to Warren Buffet in 2009. Geshe Michael Roach is a buddhist monk speaking several Asian and western languages. He was the first student from the West who was awarded at Sear Mey University India the buddhist doctor’s degree of „Geshe“.
